Agreement
These terms govern your use of TutorMigo, operated by CleverCreator AI. By using TutorMigo you agree to them and to the CleverCreator terms that apply to your account. If they conflict, these terms apply to TutorMigo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Accounts
You sign in with a CleverCreator account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Students and schools
Children under 13 may use TutorMigo only with consent from a parent, or through a school that authorises it. A school or teacher that adds students confirms it has the authority to do so, and is responsible for the class data it manages.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to harass, bully or harm anyone, or to create unlawful or sexual content.
- Don't try to get around safety filters, plan limits or access controls, or probe, overload or attack the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Follow your school's academic integrity rules. The tutor is built to help you learn, not to do graded work for you.
AI answers
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts, and don't rely on TutorMigo for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Teachers stay responsible for the grades and feedback they release.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and upload. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to run the service for you and the people you share it with. We own the TutorMigo software, design and tutoring content we provide.
Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Classroom or Google Calendar, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Use of that service is also subject to its own terms. You can disconnect at any time. How we handle Google data is set out in the Google user data section of our Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
Free and paid plans, prices, credits and refunds are managed by your CleverCreator account. See pricing. Plan limits can change with notice.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using TutorMigo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Disclaimers and liability
TutorMigois provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
