Homework help: snap a photo, check your work
Photograph your homework, choose Check work, and the tutor reads your handwriting, confirms what's right, finds the exact line with a mistake, and helps you fix it yourself.
Check a page of homework
- Distribute2x − 6 = 10The 2 multiplies both x and −3 (the original mistake was 2x − 3).
- Add 62x = 16Undo the −6 on both sides.
- Divide by 2x = 8Get x alone.
Start in the lobby
You can attach homework before a session starts — straight from the lobby.
Press + and add your photo
Press the + next to the Ask box. Choose Upload files or photos, or Take a photo to use your phone's camera. You can add up to 10 files.

Add a note and choose Check work
Say what you want, then choose the Check work goal. (Older students see it as Check.)
Try it“Can you check my homework? I think one answer might be wrong.”See exactly what to fix
The tutor confirms problems 1 and 3, and pinpoints the slip in problem 2:
2(x − 3)should become2x − 6, not2x − 3. It asks you to fix just that line.Fix it yourself
Send your corrected working. The tutor confirms and shows a quick check.
Try it“Oh, so 2x - 6 = 10, which means 2x = 16 and x = 8?”
